Cantor Gail
Originally from Oakland, California, Gail has been living in Atlanta since 2002, after stints in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the fields of geriatrics and psychiatry. She volunteers as a master gardener. She currently serves as one of three cantorial soloists at Ahavath Achim Synagogue in Atlanta and is studying for cantorial exams through the CICA program of the Cantors Assembly, the professional organization of Cantors of the Conservative Movement. She has been tutoring Bar and Bat Mitzvah students since 1989.
